2. Collection and storage of personal data
When you reserve a transfer or shuttle through our website (for example via WhatsApp direct dispatch or a contact form), we collect only the data needed to carry out the trip:
- Name and contact details (for example phone / WhatsApp number, email address)
- Travel date, departure time and requested route / pickup location (for example hotel name, flight number)
- Number of passengers
3. Purpose of processing and legal basis
We use your data only for the following purposes:
- Processing and confirming your ride reservation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Contacting you about schedule changes or for pickup by the driver (driver meet & greet)
- Answering your enquiries via WhatsApp or email
We never sell, rent out or pass on your personal data to unauthorized third parties.
4. Using WhatsApp for bookings
For quick and simple seat reservations we use the messaging service WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited / WhatsApp LLC). When you click the "Book via WhatsApp" button, you are forwarded directly to WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
5. Hosting and analytics
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit it, technically necessary access data (for example IP address, time, requested page) is processed briefly in server log files to deliver the site securely and reliably (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For anonymized audience measurement we use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not track individual visitors across websites.
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Receive free information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data.
- Request the correction or deletion of this data.
- Withdraw any consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future.
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
