Terms & Conditions

1. Scope and contracting party

These terms and conditions apply to all passenger transport services and transfers booked through the SafeRoam Express website and carried out by ICare Tours and Travel (owner: AN Veasna, Trapeangses Village, Kok Chork Commune, Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia).

2. Booking and conclusion of contract

  1. A seat or private charter reservation is made online through the website or directly via WhatsApp.
  2. The transport contract is concluded as soon as ICare Tours and Travel confirms the reservation via WhatsApp or email.
  3. The customer must provide correct information when booking (name, pickup location, flight number where applicable).

3. Prices and payment

  1. All stated prices are flat rates in US dollars (USD).
  2. Payment methods: Payment is made before departure or directly at pickup in cash (USD), by ABA KHQR code or by bank transfer.
  3. The fare includes transport for the stated number of passengers, luggage (1 main bag up to 15 kg + 1 carry-on per person), chilled drinking water and refreshing towels.

4. Private charter and airport transfers

  1. Scheduled trips between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh are offered as single seats at a flat $20 USD per person.
  2. Private charters are priced per vehicle (up to 7 passengers) at a flat rate, regardless of the actual number of passengers. The direct transfer from Siem Reap Airport (SAI) to Phnom Penh costs a flat $140 USD per van.
  3. Airport transfers within Siem Reap: flat $40 USD for the entire van (up to 7 passengers), regardless of zone or number of passengers.
  4. The agreed flat rate applies with no surcharges for luggage or night arrivals.

5. Cancellation and rebooking

  1. Free cancellation: Reservations (single seat, private charter and airport transfer) can be cancelled or rebooked completely free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  2. For cancellations less than 24 hours before departure, or if you do not show up at the agreed pickup point (no-show), we reserve the right to charge the resulting costs.

6. Pickup, meet & greet and flight delays (airport shuttle)

  1. For airport pickups (Siem Reap SAI Airport), your driver waits at the arrival hall exit holding a name sign (meet & greet).
  2. We monitor flight times using the flight number you provide. If your flight is delayed, the driver waits at no extra charge.
  3. Passengers must contact the driver via WhatsApp immediately if they are delayed at immigration or baggage claim.

7. Liability and force majeure

  1. ICare Tours and Travel is liable for proper and safe transport in accordance with the statutory provisions of Cambodia. All vehicles are licensed and insured.
  2. ICare Tours and Travel accepts no liability for consequential losses (for example missed connecting flights) caused by delays due to force majeure (for example extreme weather, flooding, unforeseeable road closures or official orders), but always strives to arrange alternative transport.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

The law of the Kingdom of Cambodia applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia.
